Exgrass® is an alkaline chemical product that breaks the chains of fat, encapsulates them and does not allow them to mix again, making them very easily consumed by bacteria in the drains, avoiding odors and obstructions. It incorporates alkaline agents, state-of-the-art tensoactive surfactants, which allow efficient penetration, softening and emulsification of vegetable, animal and mineral fats.
Exgrass® It is characterized by three basic properties whose combination makes it very effective.
Wetting Power: Water by itself does not wet well, so the first purpose of Exgrass® is to help the water wet, that is, to help break the "surface tension" of it.
Dispersion:
Exgrass® has the ability to break up a compact amount of dirt and reduce it into very fine particles.
Suspension:
If the dirt were only reduced to tiny particles, no cleaning action would take place, since there would be nothing to prevent the dirt from reforming and adhering again to the surface to be cleaned because Exgrass® has the ability to emulsify the dirt.
